easter wreath

When i was picking out paint for the BASEMENT
i just started grabbing every single paint sample i could without looking like a crazy person
and then they got put away and forgotten about
 until today!
Today we made beautiful Easter wreaths
I cut out crosses and eggs from the paint sample
the kids thought this was the neatest thing!
we mixed up some pastel paints!
we wanted to paint our Easter wreaths before
adding the crosses and eggs.
because we just haven't painted for awhile so it was due time!

Here are the kiddos busy painting their wreaths!
all the girls were determined to paint the entire paper plate ring
it took awhile
and for that i am thankful!
he was so proud of the 2 little green marks he made on his little wreath!
now adding LOTS of glue to add the crosses and eggs to!
 our beautiful finished projects!
we loved the way they turned out!
they are beautiful and colorful!

happy good friday!
enjoy your day and this beautiful weekend
where we can celebrate the love that God has for us
that he sent his son to die on the cross for us!

  1. These are beyond precious. I love that paint samples can help us have some awesome artwork. I can't wait to do something like this next year.. or Christmas.
